The gunshot victim was taken to a local hospital, where he is listed in critical but stable condition, Dayton police Lt. Steven Bauer said Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect, a 25-year-old man, and the victim were arguing when the suspect shot the victim in the 2400 block of Germantown Pike and ran away from the scene.
The Dayton Police Department’s homicide unit is investigating the shooting.
