A Lewisburg man was identified as the motorcyclist killed Wednesday night in a crash involving a pickup truck in Butler Twp.
Lynn A. Denlinger, 50, was identified Thursday by the Butler Twp. Police Department as the man pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that happened around 9 p.m. in the 2700 block of Little York Road near Silver Lane.
Preliminary investigation shows that Denlinger may have lost control of his motorcycle and then crossed the center line into the path of an oncoming pickup truck, police said.
Witnesses attempted life-saving measures at the scene but were unsuccessful.
The crash remains under investigation.
