The crash was reported at 4:23 p.m. at the intersection of West National Road and Peters Pike. A 2006 Kia Forte was head east on West National Road when it collided with a 2012 Ford F-150 turning left from Peters Pike.
Both drivers claimed to have a green light and there were no independent witnesses at the scene, according to a crash report. The car and truck both had disabling damage.
The driver of the truck was not injured, according to the report. The 22-year-old woman driving the Kia and a 2-year-old passenger were transported to Miami Valley North Hospital. A second passenger in the car, a 29-year-old woman, was transported to Kettering Health Dayton.
