Deputies seized computer hard drives and thumb drives, a cellphone, digital tablet, router and other electronic items, according to the sheriff’s office.
Michael J. Volz, 69, of Bethel Twp. was taken into custody. He’s facing three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor in Miami County Municipal Court.
Additional charges are expected after all the evidence is processed, according to the sheriff’s office.
Volz pleaded guilty not guilty in court on Friday. His bond was set at $200,000.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.
