Co-owners Jamie and Kei Gregory told the Dayton Daily News the business will be located across from elé cake(CQ) Bistro & Wine Bar. While they don’t have an exact date the business will debut, they hope to open it by the end of May.
The first Frost Factory opened in Butler County’s Liberty Center in July 2020. The couple signed a lease to open a second location this year on Main Street in Hamilton. Another location is planned to open at The Banks in downtown Cincinnati by the end of April.
Frost Factory offers flights for those that want to try three different flavors, plus the option to layer two flavors in full-size drinks, as well as 40-ounce “fishbowls” made with premium or house liquor, including tequila, bourbon, vodka, rum and various liqueurs. It also offers alcohol-free options so families may include their children.
Flavors change with the seasons.
Buckets also are available so guests can take drinks home with them.
For those not seeking a frozen drink, Frost Factory also offers domestic and local craft beer, wine and non-frozen cocktails that include homemade simple syrup and sweet-and-sour.

Jamie Gregory said Austin Landing having an outdoor drinking area made her want to locate Frost Factory there.
“We were wanting one in the Dayton area, we just didn’t know where,” she said. “With us loving Austin Landing and them having a D.O.R.A. (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) now, it just made sense to put one at that location.”
The Frost Factory also offers warm drinks on a seasonal basis including Campfire S’mores, Banana Cream Pie, Hazelnut Espresso White Russian and Creamy Coconut Hot Buttered Rum.
