The motorcyclist, Jakob Isaac Lewis of Beavercreek Twp. was traveling southwest on Enon-Xenia Road when he reportedly failed to negotiate a curve. The black 2021 KTM Racing then went off the left side of the road near West Hunter Drive and hit a traffic sign, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Springfield Post.
Lewis was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital as a precaution, according to OSHP. It later was determined his injuries were not serious.
Lewis was cited Thursday through Clark County Municipal Court for operating a vehicle without reasonable control, according to a traffic crash report.
