We have a temperature record for the month of February: Most days (3) of 70 degrees or higher. This was achieved at both Dayton and Columbus. Previous record at each site was 2, set in 2000 and 2017.

In Dayton, temperatures rose into the 70s on Feb. 15, 22 and 23. These high temperatures broke records on Feb. 15 and 22, while tying previous records on Feb. 23.
In Columbus, each 70-plus degree day broke records, occurring on Feb. 9, 15 and 23.
Records broken in Dayton and Columbus ranged in age from 5 years to 101 years old.
