A spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Louisville, Ky. said the contractor is to provide all work, materials, and labor required to perform the renovation of the Civil Engineering maintenance building at Wright Patterson. The interior and exterior of the building is being renovated and modernized.
Bids were solicited via the internet with five received, the DOD said.
Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 11, 2023.
Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, defense-wide funds in the amount of $8,774,200 were obligated at the time of the award.
The contract came from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Louisville, Ky.
