The humane society said that each of the three puppies overcame challenges at the shelter and are now thriving in their forever homes.
Zinnia (now Cotopaxi)
First from Dayton for Team Fluff is 7-month-old Norwegian Elkhound/Cattle Dog mix Zinnia. The humane society said that she has perfected her signature “smile” and loves zooming through the yard with her siblings before cuddling up.
Pumpkin (now Birdie)
Next up for Team Fluff is 7-month-old American Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier mix Pumpkin. The humane society said that Pumpkin is a relaxed cuddle bug who loves affection and chasing toys during playtime.
Jolene (now Eileen)
On the opposing side from the other Dayton pups is 7-month-old American Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier mix Jolene for Team Ruff. Jolene uses a cart to get around, but the humane society said that she never misses a chance to play and compete. She should bring some friendly rivalry to the match, as the society said she is best buddies with Zinnia and they enjoy playdates together.
