Dayton man no longer faces charges in girlfriend’s assault

A Dayton accused of assaulting his girlfriend who was hospitalized for three days is no longer facing charges.

A Montgomery County grand jury on Friday declined to indict LaQuinn Davis, 34.

Dayton police responded Jan. 21 to Miami Valley Hospital, where a woman said she was physically and sexually assaulted by her boyfriend during an argument at his residence.
