Cuteness overload: Dayton officer rescues 2 kittens

A Dayton police officer expanded his role to protect and serve by rescuing two kittens during his shift earlier this week.

Officer Robert Williamson was able to retrieve two frightened tabby kittens from the engine area of a car.

The kittens are now being fostered, Dayton police said.

Many times our officers are called to crime scenes, but last night Off. WIlliamson was able to conduct a rescue mission.
