A U.S. Postal Service letter carrier reported hearing 20 gunshots after seeing a blue Chevrolet Cruze and a smaller, possibly older silver car in the neighborhood, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.
It was not known whether the victim was on foot or the people in the cars were shooting at each other.
The victim is at Grandview Medical Center in unknown condition.
