FC Cincinnati will begin construction of a $332 million TQL Stadium-adjacent entertainment district this summer, with an estimated completion date of summer 2027.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the Ohio Department of Development awarded the Major League Soccer team $26 million in tax credits from the agency’s Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program.

The full project is expected to include apartments, a hotel, a main gathering place for fans, a hotel and more, the Enquirer reported.
