“We had an amazing first day yesterday,” wrote owner Pratya Kaewkheaw in a Jan. 13 Facebook post. “Thank you everyone who came out. We’ll be open again today at 11. Get the Pho here and Get the Pho Out!”
Customers can expect a variety of pho such as chicken, beef, meatballs, or shrimp with their choice of rice, vermicelli or glass noodles.
The menu also features banh mi, a Vietnamese sandwich served on a croissant with a special sauce made by Kaewkheaw’s mom.
During lunch, customers can order a combo box featuring their choice of an entree (fried rice, pad Thai, red curry, Massaman curry, three flavor shrimp or three flavor tofu), a side (banh mi, spring roll or house salad), white rice, soup and a drink for $12.99.
Kaewkheaw is looking forward to owning and operating his restaurant after working as an employee at several Thai restaurants in the Dayton region.
“I always worked as an employee in the restaurant, but this time I’m stepping up to the owner,” Kaewkheaw previously said. “I hope the customers will like my food and my restaurant.”
