Grand jury indicts man accused of stabbing, seriously injuring man in Miami Twp.

A West Carrollton man who reportedly stabbing and assaulted a man with rocks in Miami Twp. last month was indicted by a grand jury.

Mario Achiul Ajak, 40, is facing one count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.

Ajak is accused of going to another man’s home on Orchard Run Road with plans to hurt and kill him, according to Miamisburg Municipal Court records.

He reportedly walked up to the man and attacked him with a pocketknife and rocks found on the ground.

Miami Twp. police responded to the residence around 2:30 p.m. and arrived to two men fighting.

Officers separated them and both were taken to the hospital.

The other man had cuts on his face, arms and legs, according to an affidavit. One of his fingers was severely injured.

Ajak’s bond was previously set at $100,000 in municipal court.
