He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
Around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Miami Twp. police responded to stabbing reported at a residence on Orchard Run Road.
Police arrived to find Ajak actively assaulting a man with a knife, Miami Twp. police said.
Officers immediately started providing aid to the 41-year-old man, who was transported to the Kettering Health Main Campus.
Ajak was arrested and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
Police are continuing to investigate and working to determine a motive.
