A water main break on Heincke Road and King Richard has been repaired and service fully restored, according to the city of Miamisburg.

A boil advisory has been issued to approximately 60 homes in that area, and a door-hanger notification has been left at each one. The specific areas affected include:

  • Heincke between Richard Street and King Richard
  • King Richard between Heincke and Bayberry Drive
  • All of Lea Castle Place; and
  • All of Red Deer Lane

When the advisory is lifted in at least 24 hours that information will be provided here and new door-hangers will be distributed. In addition, Heincke Road is closed to through traffic while the road is restored, and a detour is in place. Those with questions may call the city’s Public Works Department at 937-847-6635.
