As of 7:26 p.m., there were 280 customers in the local area without power, including:
- Montgomery County: 139
- Preble County: 107
- Greene County: 18
- Darke County: 10
- Miami County: 4
- Warren County 2
The National Weather Service in Wilmington forecasted a breezy start to the afternoon with wind gusts reaching nearly 40 mph.
Winds were expected to calm down once the rain arrived, but some gusts will remain, according to NWS.
