911 call: Woman hit by car in Dayton

A 911 caller said a woman was hit by a car Tuesday evening and that shots were fired during a vigil.

The crash involving a pedestrian was reported around 6 p.m. in the 30 block of Willowwood Drive.

The Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center said Dayton police are investigating the crash, but no information was available about the severity of injuries involved.

The woman was believed to have been taken to a local hospital.
