A wind advisory is in effect through 11 p.m. for most counties across the region. The strongest gusts up to 60 mph have ended, but winds will still be strong before gradually subsiding in the early overnight hours, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
There were 3,680 outages reported as of 9:06 p.m. from AES Ohio, Duke Energy and Ohio Edison, down from 11,241 outages as of 4:30 p.m.
