A Trotwood man is facing charges following a June crash that seriously injured a 75-year-old motorcyclist in Clayton.

Jamichael R. Stallings, 35, was issued a summons to appear Thursday for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for three counts of aggravated vehicular assault and four misdemeanor counts of OVI.

Troopers and medics responded around 10:30 p.m. June 3 to the intersection of Westbook Road and Hillary Street in Clayton for a report of an injury crash involving a car and motorcycle.

Stallings was driving a 2013 Buick Regal northwest on Westbrook Road when he turned left in front of a Butler Twp. man riding a 2000 Harley Davidson FXST headed in the opposite direction on Westbrook Road. The motorcyclist was thrown during the crash and was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries, according to a crash report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Dayton Post.

Testing following the crash found marijuana metabolite in Stallings’ system, according to his indictment.
