AMBER Alert canceled after 4-month-old Columbus boy found

An AMBER Alert has been canceled after a 4-month-old boy was located after an SUV he was inside was taken in Columbus Tuesday morning.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost said shortly after noon both the boy and vehicle have been located.

Alpha Kamara was inside the 2008 Acura MDX when it was taken on Tamarack Circle around 8:24 a.m., according to the AMBER Alert.

The Columbus Dispatch reported that boy was found inside the SUV near Hildreth and Ohio avenues and is believed to be safe, but will be taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital as a precaution.

The suspects were not with the SUV when it was found, according to the Dispatch.
