Apria’s 19 patient care service offices in Ohio, including one on Lyons Road will not be affected.
Company officials said the Minster branch is not closing. It will continue to provide direct patient care services.
Apria serves Miami, Darke, Shelby, Logan, Champaign, Mercer, Van Wert, Allen, Auglaize and Hardin counties.
