The school also welcomed its largest crop of new students this fall at 450, which includes freshmen and transfer students combined. The previous record of new students was 437 set in 2014, according to the college.
The new record brings the total number of students on Wilmington College’s main campus to 1,103, according to the school. Cincinnati branch campuses of Wilmington College have around 139 students enrolled this fall.
Wilmington College, located about 45 minutes southeast of Dayton, credits a new marketing partner and an increase in campus visits by prospective students as reasons for this year’s enrollment jump.
