The Flats at Austin Landing opened partially Nov. 1 when 159 of the 276 units were completed at the Miami Twp. luxury apartment complex. The $35 million Austin Landing complex is expected to be fully open this summer.

Here are some other facts, figures and amenities to know about the complex:

-A variety of floor plans offered for studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units.

-Units range from 496 square feet to 1,155 square feet. Monthly leases range from $890 to $1,905.

-Community amenities: club quality fitness center, private parking garage, elevators, swimming pool with splash ledge & pool deck, enclosed courtyard and poolside grills, a business center, a media lounge, WiFi hot spot on pool deck and resident lounge, and a dog park.

-Apartment amenities: 9-foot ceilings, granite counter tops, air conditioners, walk-in closets, NEST thermostats, private patios and balconies, and washer/dryer.

-Pet policy: Maximum weight 60 pounds and breed restrictions. $300 one time refundable fee. $25 per month per pet.
