An upscale apartment complex, a 12-screen luxury cinema and a new hotel at Austin Landing are expected to open by the summer – if not sooner, according to the site's developer.

The Flats at Austin Landing, a 274-unit complex, has opened some units, but is expected to open fully by the summer, VisCap Development President Larry Dillin told this news organization.

Staybridge Suites should open by March, while construction on the long-delayed Cinépolis USA luxury cinema is expected this summer, Dillin said.

The three projects combined for an estimated $50 million in construction.
