Beavercreek Chuy’s to hire 175 for Nov. opening

The Tex-Mex restaurant chain Chuy’s announced today, Sept. 28, it will hire 175 people to staff its restaurant that is scheduled to open in mid-November at 2717 Fairfield Commons Blvd. near the Mall at Fairfield Commons.

This is the second Chuy’s to open in the Dayton area, following the opening earlier this year of a Chuy’s in the Austin Landing development in Miami Twp. That restaurant hired 170 prior to opening.

The Beavercreek restaurant is hiring for a variety of full-time and part-time positions, including front-of-the-house hosts, servers, bussers, kitchen staff and bartenders.

Austin-based Chuy’s, founded in 1982, also operates a restaurant in Madeira near Cincinnati and is looking to expand across other regions in Ohio beyond Dayton and Cincinnati, according to a Chuy’s spokeswoman.
