Big construction projects moving forward in Dayton

Started in August of 2017, the 115-room Fairfield Inn and Suites are taking shape in the Water Street District. Construction workers are framing the fourth story of the building at Monument Street and Patterson Boulevard in Dayton.

The construction site for Levitt Pavilion is being graded after the water features and some trees were removed.

CareSource’s Center City building on East First Street appears like the steel superstructure has been topped out. Concrete floors have been poured on six stories and the build-out has begun.
