The live stream, which has over 10,000 views, shows Ronan yelling at police officers demanding to know why he is under arrest. Ronan claims the officers are arresting him without cause and claims “assault with excessive force.”

Ronan tells police they are on Facebook Live after one officer points a taser at him.
