Threat reported at New Lebanon middle school

Officers have responded to Dixie Middle School in New Lebanon after a threat was reported.

The threat was reportedly written on a girls’ bathroom wall at the school. It referenced a shooting.

Emergency dispatchers said the threat has been “cleared,” but officers remain on scene.

There have been no injuries reported.

The school remains on lockdown, with students in class, but not changing classrooms.
