After serving time behind bars, he hoped to one day open up his own barbershop. "I waited seven years for my son to come home for some people to take his life and take him away from me forever," said Nettles. "Tevin never really had a chance to enjoy life," she continued.
Some family and friends brought balloons and flowers for the memorial, but the news is still not setting in for some. "It's a shock. Because it's truly the expression here today gone tomorrow. And that's exactly what happened he was here yesterday and he was gone the next day," said Glover.
Dayton police have not made any arrests or named any suspects, but have told us more than one person could be involved with Million's death.
