Sheriff’s deputies met with Bihn then interviewed several witnesses/victims. On Monday, February 16, 2009, at 7:03 AM, deputies executed a search warrant on the business and seized boxes of business records and photographed beef that was hanging and tagged. The sheriff’s office is being assisted by the Fort Recovery Police Department and has been in contact with State and Federal Administrative agencies for advice and assistance in the investigation.
In order to locate all those individuals who feel they may be a victim, sheriff’s deputies and Fort Recovery police officers will be at the village hall in Fort Recovery on Tuesday, March 3 from 7P-8P.
