A silver Ford Taurus went almost completely through the front of the apartment building, bringing down a doorway overhang in the process.
The car was originally driving northbound on Wilmington Avenue. At the intersection with Wayne Avenue the car failed to negotiate a curve and drove straight into the apartment.
A female driver was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with minor injuries. No one inside the apartment building was injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
