Police said they were called to a residence and told that a person who was joking with Lindsey said he got mad and damaged property.
The charge was dismissed without costs by Judge Gary Nasal. The court file included a letter from Lindsey’s alleged accuser would not testify and wanted the charge dismissed. A civil protection order sought at the time of the incident later was dismissed.
