China Arnold, Attorney Seek To Throw Out Evidence

The woman accused of killing her newborn baby girl by putting her in a microwave oven appeared in court Thursday morning, trying to have evidence in the case thrown out.

China Arnold was charged with aggravated murder.

At this time, a motion-to-suppress hearing is under way in the case. Arnold’s attorney wants certain evidence barred from her trial.

Arnold’s newborn baby, Paris Talley, died in August of 2005. She was arrested more than a year later after results of DNA tests were released.
