Showers and thunderstorms are possible tonight that could produce heavy rainfall and move slowly through the region, the National Weather Service reported.

“With this combination, there is the potential for localized flooding this afternoon into tonight,” the NWS hazardous weather outlook stated.

On Saturday, the forecast calls for partly sunny weather with a high of 84 degrees. The day includes another chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

Skies will be partly sunny on Sunday, with a chance for some early-afternoon showers and thunderstorms. However, by nightfall, rain chances will drop away along with much of the cloud cover for a mostly clear, quiet night. Expect a high of 84 degrees.

Highs Monday and Tuesday will be lower, but sunny skies and no rain are predicted.
