The charges involve two alleged victims in at least 17 incidents between July 1, 1991, and Dec. 31, 1999, according to Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell.

“Right now the only information we have is contained in the indictment, which alleges conduct over 20 years old. We are dealing with decades old accusations that have only recently been made and, for this reason, we are not in a position to make any further comment until we see the discovery in the case,” lawyers Chris Conard and David Pierce said in a statement issued Monday.
On Tuesday, Fornshell said the case was the result of investigation by police in Springboro and Clearcreek Twp. after one of the alleged victims called him late last year or early this year.
The case is unhindered by any statute of limitations, 25 years on these charges, because “the clock doesn’t start running” until the victims turn 18, Fornshell added via text message.
The charges against Hall include rape of a child under 13 and involve at least one person known to him, according to court filings.

Hall, a former local Realtor, was released on house arrest with electronic monitoring, but he is permitted to leave the house for work, according to court records.
Fornshell said none of the allegations are work-related.
On Tuesday, the Tim Hall Team website was active, although his license was inactive, according to online state records.
Hall was a self-employed real estate broker, according to his jail booking in May.
After his initial arrest, officials with RE-MAX Victory in Springboro said Hall was no longer employed there.
On Monday, Dayton Realtors said Hall’s real estate license became inactive two months ago.

“He is no longer a member of Dayton Realtors (thus he cannot conduct real estate business),” Bob Jones, director of communications for Dayton Realtors, said in an email.
Hall turned himself in and was booked back into the county jail in Lebanon at 1:36 p.m. Monday, but out by the end of the day, according to jail records.
Hall is barred by court orders from contact with all minor children and one specific alleged victim.
He was previously arrested May 3 by Clearcreek Twp. police on a sexual battery charge, pending his indictment.

According to a complaint filed in Warren County Court at the time of the original arrest, Hall was accused of inappropriately touching a female from July 1992 through July 1996.
That complaint read that Hall sent an email of his admission to the victim.
