Bags of cocaine, cellphones, money seized in Troy drug investigation

The sheriff’s office seized cocaine packaged for distribution, scales, pills, drug paraphernalia, cellphones and money as evidence of drug trafficking, the release said.

Ashey M. Cowen, 35, of Troy, was charged with trafficking in drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. The case is still under investigation and the Miami County Prosecutor may press additional charges.
