Bellefontaine man arrested for making bombs

A Bellefontaine man is in jail after police said he made bombs and threatened to blow up an apartment complex.

Jordan Scales, 19, is charged with inducing panic, aggravated menacing and is in the Logan County jail on $25,000 bond.

Scales told police he used baking soda and nail polish remover to make the bombs, according to a Bellefontaine Police Department report.
