Moraine police said the two, who appeared to be juveniles, broke into the Payne Recreation Center early Monday. Surveillance images show them around 3:20 a.m. inside the facility.
Anyone who can identify either person is urged to call Moraine police Sgt. Andy Parish at 937-535-1152.
