EARLIER: Former Lebanon teacher, choir director accused of embezzling from booster group
Ross, represented by lawyer Dennis Lieberman, is accused of making purchases of personal items on Amazon, using the Lebanon Choir Parents Association credit card for the purchases, and submitting the purchases for reimbursement using falsified invoices indicating the purchases were for items used by the Decibelles, a show choir club.
On Friday, Magistrate Andrew Hasselbach released Ross on her own recognizance and referred the case to pretrial services, according to on-line records.
