Cocaine, guns, cash and cellphones seized in Troy drug raid; 1 arrested

Detectives seized a significant amount of cocaine as well as, guns, cash, cellphones and a vehicle during a Monday drug raid in Troy.

Miami County Sheriff Dave Duchak said the narcotics-related search warrant was executed at 252 Grant St. in Troy.

In addition to the drugs, detectives removed two handguns, drug manufacturing equipment, digital scales and more than 11,000, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Kevin Lee. Hughes, 36, was arrested and booked into the Miami County Jail on suspicion of trafficking in cocaine, manufacturing drugs and two counts of having weapons under disability for prior convictions. He is not listed in the jail at this time.

The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are likely, the sheriff said.
