A home invasion robbery was reported Jan. 29, 2019, at a Forest Park Drive apartment in Harrison Twp.

Three Columbus men were indicted Thursday in connection to a January armed home invasion at a Harrison Twp. apartment.

William Baylor, 26, Eric Brown II, 26, and Kieran Furness, 25, are charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, grand theft and theft. Each charge also carries a three-year firearm specification, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Deputies said a man, woman and baby were home during the robbery that happened the morning of Jan. 29 at an apartment in the 300 block of Forest Park Drive.

Brown and Furness were arrested shortly after the incident. They remain held in the Montgomery County Jail and will be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

A warrant was issued for Baylor’s arrest. He is scheduled to be arraigned March 21, or sooner once he’s in custody.
