Dayton man accused of causing overdose death in Mason

A Dayton man has been indicted on charges that he caused the death of an overdose victim in December 2018 in Mason.

Arnold L. Satterwhite Jr., 24, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, trafficking in cocaine and tampering with evidence.

The indictment alleged Satterwhite caused the death of an unidentified victim on Dec. 14 or Dec. 15 by providing the victim drugs.

The Warren County Coroner’s office said Adam Marlow, 28, of Mason died from an overdose on Dec. 14 in Mason.

The indictment was among those released on Tuesday by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

No further information was immediately available on the case.

Satterwhite was not in custody Tuesday in Warren or Montgomery county.
