“Not only do we need an ambulance, we need police please,” the worker told a dispatcher. “A resident he came out the door, all calm and collected He was like “I really don’t feel good.” I was like “OK well what’s wrong?” I could tell he kind of looked different, but I know he has … issues. But he’s never acted out or anything. He’s not acting out now.”
The worker said that she asked Cisneros if he felt like huring himself or someone else.
“And he said, ‘I did. I killed Anthony,’” the woman said. “And his roommate is in there dead.”
The woman said she didn’t hear anything during the attack: “There wasn’t no screaming, no hollering, no nothing.”
The woman said at the time of the call, Cisneros was acting nice and calm
“He’s always very sweet, gentle, calm. I don’t know what triggered, but he’s been fine all my shift,” she said.
