Carlos E. Hill was indicted Friday for two counts of felonious assault and will appear Tuesday for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Hill’s charges stem from an April 20 incident at a Dayton housing complex on Bragg Place.

Dayton police said a family dispute led to the stabbing, which originally was reported as a shooting.
