Michael McDonald, 57, is charged with felony inducing panic. He is not in custody was issued a summons for his Dec. 31 arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
According to records from Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, officers responded to McDonald’s Autumn Place house after receiving a 911 call from McDonald’s wife at around 9:45 p.m. Oct. 12 reporting that McDonald was drunk, had fired a gun in the house and then demanded his wife call police.
