He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Fugate’s bond is $250,000 in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since his June 5 arrest in Dayton.

A 24-year-old Dayton man is facing charges in connection to a sexual assault.
Tayler Eugene Fugate was indicted Friday for rape, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition and two misdemeanor counts of sexual imposition, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
