Dayton police make drug, weapons arrest outside Free Pike Drive Thru

A 28-year-old man caught with two guns and suspected drugs was arrested Monday evening in the parking lot of the Free Pike Drive Thru.

The suspect, identified as Mehdi Ihmhand, was arrested outside the business, 4053 Free Pike in Dayton.

Officers seized money, two handguns — a Ruger and Smith & Wessen — and 5 grams of suspected narcotics, according to a Dayton police report.

Ihmhand was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of drugs and for a possible probation violation.

He is due today in Dayton Municipal Court.
