People in cars decorated with signs drove by and waved to Stiver while wishing her luck as she takes on a new role at the Charleston Police Department in South Carolina.
After 2 decades of service, Dayton Police chief of staff to retire
Congrats to Maj. Stiver who retired after 20 years of service to our city. She accepted a new role with #CharlestonPD. With #COVID19 happening we could send her off with a party, so our NAOs put together a surprise #SocialDistancing farewell parade! Good luck Wendy! pic.twitter.com/A4u8bSElm5
